Availability
Please check the calendar to see if your preferred weeks are available. Dates in Green are vacant and dates in Red are already booked. We only take bookings with a minimum of 5 nights stay.
Changeover Day:
Due to popular demand, we don’t have a fixed changeover day. This means that in the peak summer season you’re not fighting the traffic on a Friday or Saturday with everyone else as they arrive & depart Cornwall. We do also offer 5 & 6 night stays so please drop us a line and we will do what we can to help!
Terms and Conditions:
The Milk House is a spacious one bed cottage that accommodates two adults.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional people, children (including infants) & pets are NOT accepted.
Weekly bookings are usually from Sunday to Sunday but we try to be as flexible as possible if you need to arrive/leave on a different day. 5 & 6 day bookings are also possible.
The Milk House will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Rates are inclusive of electricity, hot water, wifi. bed linen & towels for each guest.
Provisional bookings are held for 3 days. Directions and arrival information will be sent to you when you make your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
