Availability
Please check the calendar to see if your preferred weeks are available. Dates in Green are vacant and dates in Red are already booked.
Changeover Day:
Due to popular demand, our usual changeover day is Sunday. This means that in the peak summer season you’re not fighting the traffic on a Friday or Saturday with everyone else as they arrive & depart Cornwall. We do also offer 5 & 6 night stays and are happy to try and help if you need a different arrival or departure date so please drop us a line and we will do what we can to help!

Terms and Conditions:
The Milk House is a spacious one bed cottage that accomodates two people only.
Please Note: Extra people and/or pets are NOT acceptable.
Weekly bookings are usually from Sunday to Sunday but we try to be as flexible as possible if you need to arrive/leave on a different day 6 day bookings are also possible. Weekend and short breaks are sometimes available out of season, or at short notice, please email us for details.
The Milk House will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Rates are inclusive of electricity, hot water, wifi. bed linen & towels for each guest. Additional linen is charged at £15.00 per person if required.
If you decide you would like to book at The Milk House we will email you with:
– A Booking Form
– A full set of Terms and Conditions
We also ask for a deposit of £150 to secure the dates. This also serves as a damage deposit which will be return within 7 days of departure.
Provisional bookings are held for 3 days. Directions and arrival information will be sent to you when you make your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
