Welcome to The Milk House…
The Milk House is the perfect base to explore all that this stunning part of west Cornwall has to offer.
With gorgeous views of St Michael’s Mount, The Milk House is situated in the quiet Hamlet of Trebarvah, within Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Trebarvah is part of the lovely village of Perranuthnoe, with its beautiful beach, cafés & award-winning pub.
You can walk straight out of the door onto an array of footpaths that lead you in all directions: down to the beach, on to the village, inland for some quiet rural walks or straight on to the dramatic coastal path. This means that even in the height of the summer holidays, when the roads in Cornwall can get a little busy, you can leave the car at base.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing time taking in the incredible views, want to explore the extensive network of inland & coastal footpaths, discover the varied bird & wildlife, visit one of the many local attractions, or just lay on the beach then you’ll be in the perfect spot!
As the name suggests, The Milk House started life as a milking parlour attached to Trebarvah Barn which has stood for around 200 years. It was recently converted into a character one-bed holiday apartment which is extremely spacious for 2 people. Every effort has been made to keep the unique character of the place, reusing many of the original materials and maximising the view.
The Milk House is fully self-contained with an open plan living area, large double bedroom & luxurious bathroom. Regardless of how well appointed The Milk House is, it is the iconic views of St Michael’s Mount that will add that extra special touch to your stay!
